The Way We Use

We use the information you
provide us about yourself when filling out the Contact Us form, to
assist you with your requests and to apply the $1,000.00 cash bonus
to the purchase of your new home, and the information submitted on
the Pre-Qualification Form to pre-qualify you for a mortgage loan
and for any other financial needs requested, through Universal
Funding Mortgage, Inc. We do not share your information with
outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete the
services that we offer and that you are requesting.
BMB Real Estate Services,
Inc. does not sell or share customer information received on our Web
site with marketers who may want to offer you their own products
and services. We may share customer information we receive from you
online regarding financing requests, with Universal Funding
Mortgage, Inc. the company that works for us.
Universal Funding, Inc. acting on our behalf is contractually
obligated to keep the information we provide to them confidential,
and to use the customer information we share, only to provide the
services we ask them to perform for you and us.
Universal Funding Mortgage, Inc. may share customer information we
receive about you online, to credit bureaus and lenders dealing
directly with your financial requests. BMB Real Estate Services,
Inc. as well as Universal Funding Mortgage, Inc. may share customer
information about you online, when required or permitted by law.
Customer information may be disclosed in connection with a subpoena
or similar legal process, and the recording of deeds of trust and
mortgages in public records.
We use return email
addresses to answer the emails we receive. Such addresses are not
used for any other purposes and are not shared with outside
parties.
Finally, we never
use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us
online in ways unrelated to the ones described above, without also
providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such
unrelated uses.
